Layout of the cabin was very cool and you feel like you are sitting in the trees. Breakfast foods and drinks left for us were a nice touch. Location is a bit far from anything, although you can walk to shops, takeout etc in about 15 mins.
Check-in wasn't very clear as we weren't given our cabin number and there were no staff on site. We were left waiting for replies on the app to know which cabin was ours and then had a dog aggressively barking when we approached the cabin which scared my son out of going outside to explore after that!

Very comfortable beds
It felt very homely. It was wonderful to wake up amongst the trees! Although it feels remote, you are close to other properties and there a a supermarket nearby
It was a windy night and the trees were noisy against the house - this is just something to be aware of.

El complejo es muy bonito, las cabinas están en medio de los árboles, por lo que te dan esa sensación de estar en la montaña y, aún más lindo, en las montañas de Monteverde. El lugar tiene lo necesario para estar pocos o varios días, muy limpio y la cama muy acogedora. La cocina es pequeña, por lo que te invita a tener cositas para picar y no a hacer tus comidas ahí. Fue un gesto muy bonito tener detalles como las bebidas y algunas galletas para cuando llegamos. Tuvimos un compromiso antes de llegar que hizo que llegaramos en horas de la noche, y fue muy grato poder llegar sin preocuparnos por este detalle. El lugar es muy tranquilo, por lo que el tiempo que estuvimos ahí fue muy agradable. ¡Sin duda volveríamos a hospedarnos acá!
Como tuvimos que llegar tarde, nos costó un poco encontrar la cabina, ya que llegamos al espacio de la recepción pero en la oscuridad fue un poco difícil encontrar los rótulos que te llevan a las cabinas, no fue tan tedioso, pero nos tomó unos minutos poder descifrarlo.

Stairway safety. Rope decorative but unsafe. Blankets smell bad.
