The main house has 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths as well as a recently renovated finished basement, great for watching a movie. The main floor contains an open concept kitchen/dining/living room, as well as a queen bedroom and full bath. Upstairs are 2 more queen bedrooms, a cozy bedroom with a twin bed and another full bathroom. Out the backdoor you will find great outdoor dining space and a BBQ as well as a separate guest house with a queen bed and full bath. Great for multiple families sharing the rental or just if you need a bit more space and privacy. The entire house is air conditioned.

Amazing and communicative host. This is a great location, beautiful grounds, easy walking distance to downtown. We will book again for next year.

We had so much fun during our stay. The house has a great yard. We had a cornhole tournament, cooked out and appreciated the privacy and landscape of the property. We put puzzles together on rainy days and appreciated not having to pack our own beach chairs. The location is a short walk into downtown Edgartown and tucked back on a quiet street away from the traffic. The host was so nice and accommodating and quick to respond to any questions we had.
We can’t wait to stay here again.

We booked this property for our annual family vacation. The location was perfect for walking to shops and restaurants. The house was already stocked with many essentials. The back yard was perfect for games with our grandchildren. Would definitely stay here again!
