With 3 king beds and two sets of Full over Full Bunk Beds, this home sleeps up to 12 guests comfortably! The home is equipped with all Roku TV's for your entertainment and enjoyment. A 6-Seater Low Speed Vehicle (LSV) is available for an additional fee to make your trips to the beach ultra-convenient! This well-appointed planned community is within walking distance to the Beach (approximately 1250 yards) and Community pool. This home is sure to give you the perfect beach experience!

The Villas of Frangista is a quiet, gated community with cobble stone streets, a community pool and some small ponds for the kids to fish in. Located in the heart of Miramar Beach, this community is just minutes from the sugar white sands, close to favorite local restaurants, and nearby some of the best shopping in the area. This lovely neighborhood is practically next door to the Seascape Golf Resort, which offers tee times to members of the public and has superior tennis facilities. Wander down the beach to the Whale's Tail or Surf Hut for a bite, take a dip in the lovely community pool, or catch some rays on the sugar white beaches.

To maintain a beautiful neighborhood for all to enjoy, the HOA requires the following from all residents and renters: NO RV’s, buses, trailers, jet skis, boats, motorcycles, scooters, all-terrain vehicles, or go-carts are permitted in this subdivision. Parking is permitted for passenger vehicles only, in the driveway or in the garage. No parking allowed on the grass or yard. Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. A number of boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

The house was just as pictured fit great for our family. However the trickery with the wristbands that are obviously an attraction for children and the hidden notice if all 12 bands weren’t present at time of check out then we would be billed 50 a PIECE was not appreciated. Other than that the house, and location was as pictured. Destin is called the destination for a reason.

property was good , no where in the discripion did they tell that if you a golf cart you better make sure you got to the beach before 10 if you wanted a spot to park.and i was promised by three different people that a remote for the kids bunk bed room would be sent over, a tv in a kids room that you couldnt turn on . that sad and to think on 3 differnt day 3 different people promised it was coming any minute

We thought the house was really beautiful; we loved the space of the rooms and closet and restrooms. However. , We did have a rough start. The following are items that we had issues with:
-Several outlets do not work- upstairs and downstairs
-Dishwasher did not dispense the soap,
-Toaster, only one side works
-Roaches/water bugs and ants were a problem, we found them for about 3 days, we did call and pest control came out
-AC didn’t work the first day -Communication to address problems with the property manager/owner was extremely difficult and frustrating, we were on hold every time we called -We had to buy the basic stuff, sponge to wash dishes, trash bags, only 2 were provided, same with toilet paper
-no directions of golf cart key, Had to call for that and was on hold for a while
-toilet paper handle in main restroom is broken
-patio door knob came out from the outside, it had some type of plastic holding it in
-no dust pan and no vacuum
-living rug needs to be cleaned, I think previous guests had a big dog, lots of dog hair
Lastly and our biggest complaint, we arrived pretty early last Saturday, we Tried to check in early, as we always have in the past in the 7 years we’ve been vacationing here, but were told that work needed to be done until 4pm. We then asked if we could leave our stuff in garage and they didn’t let us, because they said work was being done in there too. We know that nothing was done and it was just an excuse not to allow early check in, because they would have noticed the AC issue upstairs and that could have been resolved in that time while we waited instead of 9pm when it finally cooled off upstairs. We just hope that this helps you guys make some adjustments for the next guest. Thank you.
