About this house rental
This charming beach house, located in the gated community of Emerald Waters Village is awaiting your arrival!
Contemporary open living with spacious seating area for family gatherings. Meals can be enjoyed at the breakfast bar, or the dining which has seating for 8. The sizable kitchen is fully equipped.
This is the perfect home for multiple families to enjoy, especially since there are two King bedrooms and the Bunks are Queen sized custom built in! There are two separate areas to gather for entertainment, upstairs and downstairs. The paved driveway with covered parking space allows for parking three vehicles.
Here is how the home is laid out:
*There are two primary King suites in this home, one on each floor, as well as two separate laundry areas. The King suite downstairs has an ensuite bath with a huge stand alone shower and dual vanity.
*Upstairs leads up to a spacious landing that has a Queen sleeper sofa and a 50" TV.
*Three bedrooms upstairs breakdown this way:
King Master with ensuite and stand alone shower
King bedroom that shares the hallway bathroom with the Bunk room that has 2 Queen sized bunk beds (sleeps 8)
*Each bedroom, including the landing on the second floor, has a 50" TV.
Emerald Waters Village has 2 community pools, large open grassy areas and offers a short walk out the back gate that will lead you to the nearby beach access. (2 blocks from the beach). When you finish with a day in the sun, this home is surrounded by all the conveniences of Miramar Beach! There are multiple restaurants, the beach outlet, and the boardwalk, all within blocks of the home.
This home includes a credit based on the duration of your stay for additional amenities offered by VayKGear such as bikes, paddleboards, games and chairs. You will receive a notification after you confirm your reservation with additional details.

We had a great stay, grandparents and 3 grown children and their children. Excellent location and the house was perfect. One small item missing in the house was some hot pads or something to put hot dishes on. Other than that literally excellent. TV’s were all app enabled, plenty of hot water full kitchen. Close to everything including great beach access via a short walk. Had such a good time we were talking about making this an annual Thanksgiving tradition!

We rented the property for a vacation consisting of 3 different families. The guidebook that is at the house was pretty thorough. When we checked in there were issues with the lights in one of the bedrooms. The guidebook said to reset breaker box but we couldn’t find it so I texted the maintenance line and got a very quick response. We were able to get that squared away. The ice machine didn’t work the whole time we were there. We ended up just buying ice bags rather than reach out to someone to have them come over for repairs. So that was the only downside. Other than that, it’s a short distance to the beach which was great. You can easily walk there. Close to several gas stations, liquor stores and restaurants. There’s two pools which are on the smaller side but they are fine. There are two washers and dryers which was a great bonus. Overall would recommend.

Enjoyed the house and neighborhood. Group of 8 adults, 1 toddler and 2 babies. Loved the balcony. Kitchen had enough supplies for us to cook in. The house has a baby gate which helped to keep toddler off the stairs. Nice to have 2 washers and dryers. The beds were comfortable.
1/4 mile walk to private beach, but it was a nice walk. The 2 pools were nice and never had many people in them. Nice way to cool off when walking from beach.
A couple things didn’t work: the downstairs TV and the separate ice maker and wine cooler. 2 people came look at them. (I wasn’t there when they arrived.) First person had to contact owners because she wasn’t sure why they weren’t working. 2nd person was able to turn on wine cooler and said he thought the TV needed to be replaced.
It didn’t bother me that those items didn’t work. I wasn’t there for the TV.
