This sleek and stylish abode is across the street from the large shared heated pool and a five-minute walk from the world-famous beach - perfect for sunbathing during the day and experiencing a mesmerizing sunset bonfire at night.
Seascape and The Links Golf Club offer award-winning golf courses, while the scenic beach boardwalk is ideal for a tranquil walk or jog. Take a short stroll to nearby restaurants and shopping centers, explore the open water and go fishing or rent water sports equipment, then discover the vibrant nightlife. Whole Foods, CVS, Publix, and Alvin's Island beach supplies are all nearby.
Upon entry, you will find yourself surrounded by luxury and sophistication. The open-concept living area was designed with togetherness in mind, so no conversation would be lost here. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Loved the close proximity to the beach and the golf cart made it wonderfully convenient. The house is three levels so it wouldn’t be ideal for any guests with mobility issues, but for our family it worked great. The mattresses were comfortable. The only issue we had was finding cockroaches in the kitchen area (I believe this may have been an on going issue because there were cans of raid in the cabinet).

We had 14 members, Aunties and 1st cousins, who enjoyed this property. We had a great time. We walked to the beach and was close proximity to shopping and dining. This was a great experience and all of our first time in Destin. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.
