Its perfect location allows for an easy visit to World Famous "Pompano Joe's" restaurant/tiki bar and the Miramar public beach access, where you can soak up the sun during the day and have a cozy bonfire with the sunset! Take a morning stroll or bike down the beach boardwalk and enjoy the festivities and fun Miramar Beach is known for!

This energy-efficient "Earth Cents" home includes a 2-car garage, community pool, paved driveway, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops in the kitchen & baths, two sets of built-in bunk beds, hardwood flooring, porcelain tile, and crown molding. The open living area, kitchen, and outdoor spaces are ideal for large gatherings. Balconies off the living room and the 2nd-floor front bedroom. Spacious master bedroom/bath with a large walk-in closet, garden tub, and oversized shower round out the luxurious features of this home. The living room tv has a catalog of over 1000 movies and shows.

The garage and driveway accommodate four standard-size vehicles. Street parking is also available.

Each bedroom and living room has a smart streaming TV with all major streaming channels. Bring your passwords to access channels such as Netflix, Prime, Disney+, etc.

A beach cart and four beach chairs are provided for your convenience. We offer discounts on bicycles, scooters, and golf carts.

Our concierge can arrange golf, dining, water sports, fishing trips, and other services before your visit or during your stay.

Check-In and Check-Out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spots from 10 AM - 4 PM. There is a minimum fee of $200 for leaving after the posted time because this prohibits the staff from completing the job and will interrupt the next guest’s vacation.

*Spa Quality amenities are provided, featuring high thread count hypoallergenic linens, towels, and a starter set of soaps, shampoo, and lotions. Additional amenities are the guest's responsibility to purchase.

AGE REQUIREMENT – Spring Break college groups are not allowed. No reservations will be made to students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25). One (1) guardian of twenty-five years or older is required for every four (4) singles under the age of twenty-five. Guardians must accompany anyone under the age of twenty-five (25) at all times and be present during check-in. Underage drinking and/or partying are not allowed in any of the rental units. Non-compliance with these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made.

Pet Policy: This property is dog-friendly for 1 to 2 dogs.2 dogs max. 50 lbs max. $350 flat fee collected post-booking. Dogs must be well trained and less than 50 lbs. Dog owners accept full responsibility for dog(s).

This property is a smoke-free facility. No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property including balconies and common areas. Violations will result in forfeiture of your stay.

Instead of security deposits and booking fees, each LoveRentals booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners. The fee for LoveRentals Protect is applied to each booking and covers up to $10,000.00 in contents damage protection and up to $1,000,000.00 in real property protection.
