As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

The house was perfect for our group, we had 4 families (15 people) and had plenty of space! The outdoor area was great, the pool was nice and outdoor seating area. Not too far of a walk to the beach; wish a golf cart was included but we were able to rent one. Overall a great house and great vacation!

Wow...such a nice house!! My family had a planned vacation in Bradenton. Due to Hurricane Milton our rental was damaged, so we had to move to plan B. My family has never been to Destin. The house was well stocked. A large amount of dishes, pots and pans, silverware and serving dishes. Everything we needed to cook breakfast everyday and a few dinners at home. We took advantage of the beach rental credit that was provided to us. We use our credit toward bikes for our entire stay. With my credit I only had to pay an additional $81 to get 2 adult and 3 kids bikes for our entire stay which was 12 days. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. The house was so spacious. The only issue I had was the floors were not clean upon our arrival and some of the bathrooms had hair in the shower drain and in the sinks. I cleaned it myself and did not advise the property manager until after I left so they could address it with their cleaning company. I wish the internet speed was a little higher. We would have so issues with freezing and slowness. We had a few cooler nights which caused the pool to be cold the next day. I wish I had the option to pay extra to have it heated. This wasn't an option till Nov 1 to pay for the pool to be heated. I think this option should be available starting Oct 1. Other than that it was a GREAT place. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely rent this house again.

Overall, it was a great location, plenty of room for our group of ten, there were a few kinks to work out but the team from Avant stay were great. I gave four stars because the floors definitely hadn’t been cleaned and it could use a fresh coat of paint and some small fixes but we had a great time and the beds and baths were great.

Our stay was pretty flawless. We loved the house and to be honest it was just as great as the pictures showed.. every thing was clean and tidy and well organized..We had plenty of utensils to use in the house and outside the house for our dinners...overall we had a very pleasant stay..the only thing that we was a little disappointed in was the hot tub/spa..To be honest they did post on the site you must pay to heat the pool/hot tub which wasn't cheap so we passed..But ive never seen a place charge you to heat the hot tub or as my wife called it a luke warm bubbly tub. I understand charging to heat the pool but just strange to heat what should already be hot..But other then that it was awesome and we would stay here again.
