Enjoy the ambiance of a 4-PLEX townhome with OCEAN VIEWS from top 2 floors. The townhome is family owned that cares for visitor hospitality and convenience to enjoy the wildwood attractions all year long.
Important: This home is available for rental by family groups only and will not be rented to single adults under age of 25. No 'Senior' week or Prom week Rentals. Tenants are required to bring personal use items, such as, soap, toilet paper, sheets etc. Non-weekly tenants are required to take care of trash and recycle. The landlord will email instructions about a week before rental start date.

- professionally cleaned in between rentals
- approximately 350 yards to boardwalk and beach
- minutes from Wildwood Convention Center
- four (4) bedrooms
- one large, finished loft on 4th floor with balcony
- three and half (3.5) bathrooms
- dining area provides seating for 12 plus bar table for 4 in living room
- two zone AC plus ceiling fans
- four (4) balconies
- shared pool
- ocean views from top 2 floors
- one (1) car garage and one (1) car-port for a total private parking for two (2) cars. Free street parking available in front of the building.
- two (2) bedrooms with queen beds
- one (1) bedroom with one (1) queen and (1) twin bed

- one queen sofa bed and large sectional sofa in living room

We were 10 total--8 adults and two toddlers. The location, the accommodations, everything was as described and what we expected. Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean & kitchen had more than enough supplies that we could cook and eat meals indoors several days of the week. Great family vacation and wonderful stay. Would book again!
