Have fun with the whole family at this 4 bedroom 2 bathroom, recently updated unit. This is a two story unit with 1 bedroom on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms on the second floor. Each floor has a full bathroom . For additional sleeping, you'll find a pull out couch and two cots.
Rinse off the beach with an outdoor shower around back. The washer and dryer in the utility room allows for easeful longer stays.
The front grass yard is a shared space where you'll find a private propane grill and outdoor seating. The shed for the unit is equipped with some beach chairs, beach toys, and bikes. There is yard space, outdoor seating, and a grill. The house can hold up to 14 people and is part of a condo building with a private deck on the 2nd floor just off the main bedroom. It has a large living room area and large kitchen with a long kitchen table for family dinners.
Includes 1 off street parking space.
