We are located directly down the street from the Convention Center. Relax and unwind in the private pool or enjoy the convenience of the home's amenities, including high-speed WiFi, a washing machine and dryer. The fully stocked kitchen, complete with a stove, oven, refrigerator, and all the necessary appliances and utensils, makes it easy to prepare delicious meals. Spend cozy evenings in the living room, watching your favorite shows on cable TV or popping in a DVD. Step out onto one of the 3 balconies and savor the fresh air while surrounded by outdoor furniture. With air conditioning, heating, and an iron and board, you'll have all the comforts of home during your stay. Very family/kid friendly. We have a pack-n-play and highchair on the 3rd floor available for use. We also have children's games and books in the family room to keep the kids entertained on rainy days!

We have been staying here for several years. The condo is very clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Walking distance to plenty of restaurants. Walking distance to the boardwalk. We enjoyed the pool as well as the beach.

This is a great place to stay for a large family. There is plenty of space. The kitchen has everything you could need. There is access to a community pool, which is delightful. The beach and boardwalk are walkable. There are stores and restaurants easily accessible. Karolyn and Erik are great hosts. They are accessible if needed.This is our second year staying here and it was wonderfulThanks

There was a problem with the AC but the owners were very accommodating and we enjoyed the condo. A great family spot. Lots of room for all.

Nice layout but kitchen pots were disgusting, front door lock no operational and floors either wet or dirty.....owner needs to pay attention to this property
