Villa Osservatorio for up to 11 with private pool, 15mins to San Gimignano

Villa Osservatorio is a 6 bedroom detached villa for up to 11 guests. For smaller groups of up to 6 people it is possible to rent half of the villa.
The road to the house is paved and lit all the way and although we are in a super quiet and private area, the property is not isolated, with two restaurants located within a 2 minute drive.
The estate consists of the rental villa and our home which is about 10 meters away where we live with our docile dog and cat. We work long hours in the city and when we are home we really appreciate the privacy of our guests and the use of an independent entrance gate.
We are set in beautifully manicured gardens with myriad ornamental plants and terracotta statues dotted throughout the grounds. There is a built-in wooden BBQ/grill and a large swimming pool (13m x 6m). We have added two beautiful wooded sun decks equipped with comfortable sofas and chairs to soak in and relax!
Amenities include, Wi-Fi (satellite) suitable for checking emails, laundry service (or requested and managed by the maid), air conditioning on request (usually not necessary pleasantly cool in summer).

Ground floor entrance into the living room, kitchen with doors to a large covered loggia with large table and chairs. Two double bedrooms and a reading room - one has direct exit to a terrace with table and chairs. Two bathrooms with shower. Open-air loft with two single / joinable beds.
Lower level accessed by external stairs: entrance into a second living room, kitchen with doors to a covered loggia equipped with table and chairs. Two double bedrooms with direct access to the garden and a single bedroom. Two bathrooms with shower.
Maximum 2 small dogs allowed.
