Spacious apartment in Stirling

A very spacious apartment, very easy to find and in a great location. We weren't too far from anything in Stirling. The hosts were great, friendly and answered any questions promptly. Great heating system and the kitchen was well equipped with everything that we needed. Large shower which is great. We were able to check in 30 minutes early- so thankyou for that. Nice touch with the biscuits. Thankyou.

Just a few things lacking, A large bin in the kitchen would be good, instead of the small pedal bin provided. There isnt two double beds, 1 double and one twin room the photos are misleading for this. It worked out OK for us, but if you are expecting and wanting two doubles you would be disappointed. No toilet cleaning products, a toilet brush would be good.

Negatives out weigh the positives. Misleading description of private garden. Not 4 star.

The location was fine, a pleasant twenty minute walk from the town centre. The ground floor apartment was very clean. Bathroom a good size with very good shower. We want to be fair in assessing this property but the negatives listed below far outweighed the positives.

We booked this place as it advertised that it had a private garden. However, the garden at the back of the house was shared with the people living in the top half of the house. A very nice couple who made use of the garden. We queried the lack of private garden and owner said the front garden (a narrow strip of grass by the footpath)was for our private use, no room for garden furniture even if it had been supplied. As the weather was great we really missed an outdoor space. The apartment was described as 4 star but we felt it was not so and was overpriced. It’s a no frills apartment, bare walls, no personal touches, no oven gloves, scissors, No cover on the duvet, no instructions re bins, etc. no local info provided. Very much a budget apartment as demonstrated by cutlery and cooking pans and utensils.

Size of rooms were good, everything you needed in kitchen

It states both bedrooms have double beds, but this wasn’t the case as 1 had twin beds. There isn’t enough comfortable seating in lounge for 4 adults so 1 person had to sit on a dining chair every evening. Bedding on double bed needs replacing, the cover does not stay on the quilt and when replacing, would be better with a king size quilt.

Great size apartment for families. Close to Stirling centre. Hosts were great at communication and provided a cot bed. Had everything we needed. Good value for money.

The bed was a bit soft and the sofa was a bit tired but this is personal preference.

Loved the location, great access to shops, city centre, and kids attractions such as Blair Drummond, Briarlands etc. Good WiFi, kitchen fully equipped with nice back garden

Fantastic location, clean and comfortable house otherwise. It was so easy and we had a wonderful time overall.

Absolutely fantastic trip, only slight issue was the bed in the main bedroom. The mattress was very soft for my husband who has a bad back and the wooden slats fell off just with sitting in the edge of it . Otherwise zero issues at all.

This a lovely spacious apartment about 25 minutes walk from centre of Stirling. The local area has some shops, takeaways and is in a quiet residential area. It had everything we needed for our short stay.

Good location, good space. Has most things you need. Clean and modern. Free shower gel, shampoo ect. Good value for money! Close to shops ect.

Everything was great, couldn’t work the heating but we didn’t need it. Could do with one or two extras if your planning on cooking a lot. Our mattress was too soft for our liking but all in all very good.

Easy access to the property. Property was clean, bright and airy Nice, modern shower - gas central heating so plenty hot water. Nice, quiet garden area to the rear of the property.

A bit trivial really but it left me having to guess - having read the guest manual inside the property I couldn’t locate all the kerbside bins so sent a message to the property owner about waste & recycling bins 2 days before leaving but didn’t receive a response.

Laid out well, easy to get too. Liked the teabags, salt extras stuff.

Bedding smelt like it had been in the washing machine too long. Needed a bit of a freshen up but could be due to Covid and not being used. Wifi didn’t work but to be fair we didn’t ask to fix so they may have fixed it if we asked.

A spacious apartment just a short drive away from Stirling Castle and town centre. We found it a good base for visiting Blair Drummond Safari Park, the Falkirk Wheel and the Kelpies.

This property had car parking.It was spacious and clean.It had a good size shared garden.It was about 25 mins walk to town .Good walks and hikes close by.

Neighbours T.V was quite noisy late evening{ not owners fault }.Not very good wi-fi. Bed was not comfortable.Slight damp in bedroom corner

Everything was excellent. Communication with the hosts is great, the apartment itself is very comfortable and immaculate. Everything works well. Lots of street parking available. Friendly neighbours. Quiet, yet located close enough to the town centre. Thank you for a great stay!
