Master: King sized bed, private bath, gulf front deck access
Guest 1: Queen sized bed, semi-private bath

PARKING INFO:
Two parking passes will be included with your reservation. No more than 2 vehicles are allowed per reservation (strictly enforced). Oversized vehicles or trailers not allowed. Please reach out to us if you need assistance finding overflow or oversized offsite parking.

CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.
WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

We were alittle confused with checking in, getting our parking pass, but management responded in 15min! Thank you!We thought the sofa was a pull out.. NOPE!One nigjt of a deflated.air mattress, used the 2nd one, good to go. DEFINITELY need a pull out!!!Property was clean. Loved the beach, even tho there were jellyfish...noone got.stung!Only real upset would be the pool. Definitely not large enough for the property!Beautiful views!

Everything we expected. We just needed a quick 5 day get away and your condo was available. Loved sitting on the balcony and watch the activity on the beach. And enjoy the beauty and relaxation of the ocean.

The condo was great. The pool was small and very loud on the indoor portion. We enjoyed our stay, especially our time spent on the balcony.

1st emailed for 2 extra parking passes, didnt get 1st night,Alabama getaway was great to response next day, 1 of 2 elevators broke down 2 days in weeks vacation, part had to be ordered, spent 7 hours in 1 week waiting for elevator, we on 18th floor.
Parking was a nitemare, 1 vehicle would hoard 2 spots and nothing done about it.
Then washer went out 4th day, belt ordered, Alabama getaway was generous to allow us to wash towels and clothes in unavailable condo for for half day then was rented next day.
Other tenants complained and were credited $500 while I receive cookies and candy apple!
Not to mention you couldnt enjoy your tv in room due to buffering all night, it was due to weather.
Elevator was HOA's and maintenance fault as usual.
I will put this one as a no Inwill not be back.
