De locatie is iets uniek, je kan niet elke dag verblijven in een oud station. De treinen die passeren zijn totaal niet storend want het geluid naar binnen toe is goed gedempt. De bovenverdieping is volledig omgebouwd met 3 slaapkamers met dubbel bed en met elk een badkamer dus meer dan ruimte genoeg. De geluidsisolatie tussen de kamers en naar de benedenverdieping kon beter door geluidsisolatie in de wanden te plaatsen.
De netheid van de leefruimte en keuken liet een beetje aan de wensen over. Er lagen nog etensresten van de voorgangers. Het bestek en de glazen waren helemaal niet proper. De binnenzijde van de oven en microgolf waren ook echt niet ok.

Het huis is groot . 10/10 Rustige locatie.
De bbq,potten en pannen,dringend aan vervanging toe. Niet veilig om te gebruiken. Bestek en borden e,d vol met kalk van gebruik in vaatwasser. Voor klein hondje niet veilig,kan onder het poortje, naar de spoor weg ,achter het huis.
