La Villa Fer D'art

De locatie is heel rustig met veel wandelmogelijkheden en of gravelroutes. We waren met 9 personen, kinderen inbegrepen en iedereen vond zijn stek in de woning. Kleine hond was mee en amuseerde zich rot in de tuin. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. Ontvangst door eigenaar was aangenaam.

Hebben weinig negatieve punten. In Vlaanderen echter zijn we verwend op gebied van nabijheid bakker, beenhouwer etc. In Houyet/Wanlin dien je wel 10 km te rijden naar Beauraing om je boodschappen. Is wel eventjes wennen en aanpassen. Verder geen opmerkingen.

Big , spacious place, freshly renovated. Kind and helpful owner. Nice garden and great seating area. Close to many sightseeing places

All was great , just one thing -maybe bit more plates are needed. But as the place is fresh and new maybe they are on the way 😉

Fairly new house with a large living space suitable for 6-9 adults. Comfortable warm in winter with a big garden where you can sit or children can play. We even sat in chairs in the winter sun while the children played. Two toilets, two showers and one bath tub. Ample space for preparing food. The washing machine and dryer were great travelling with little children. Our host was helpful and fast in responses. Internet was good. We visited the caves in Han (car) and walked near the holiday house. Many shops in Beauraing.

The pots and pans are not big enough for a big group. The bathroom upstairs is large and modern, but can be fairly cold. Some in our group didn't like that. Minor negative points in our view.

Superbe maison, il y a vraiment tout à l'intérieur, allant jusqu'à des machines à raclette ! Pascal l'hôte est super sympa, très facilement joignable et super flexible. Il a mis beaucoup d'énergie et de cœur dans cette maison et on le ressent quand on est à l'intérieur. C'est très familiale. On a adoré notre séjour au sein de cette belle maison!
