Great family weekend in the midst of the Belgian Ardennes.

Very nice holiday house for a family of 10 people. Cot available for small children. Located at the farm site of the owner. You are free to roam around. Great hospitality. Friendly dog at the farm.

One of the rooms has the roof going diagonally through the room. Other rooms have good height. Nice and large bathroom, but watch your head at the entrance if you are tall.

Heerlijk verblijf bij de koeien.

Aparte woning op een boerderijterrein. De woning (en tuin) heeft een dergelijke grootte dat je met 10 man niet op een m2 zit. Dus heerlijk vertoeven!

Het weer! Maar daar kan de accommodatie uiteraard niks aan doen.

Het verblijf is uitstekend! Grote thuis en genoeg ruimte in het huis. Op 5 minuten wandelen zit je in het bos. Een aanrader met kinderen.

Heerlijk!

De ruimte, het zwembad, de heerlijke grote tafel, de groene grote tuin waar je op uit kijkt.

-We lazen per toeval een dag van te voren in de reviews over een ' honden issue' en honden worden nu niet meer toegestaan. Wij hadden er een mee! We hielden deze gescheiden van hun honden en dit verliep gelukkig goed. Het maakte wel dat mijn zus/zwager die later zouden aanhaken met hun hondje dit niet aandurfde. Dus dat was écht jammer ( maar begrijpelijk!). Ook waren er twee kleine openingen in het hek waardoor hun hondje weg zou kùnnen vluchten. Veel vliegen ook maar we hadden ' meppers' dus oke. ( zit vlakbij de koeienstal- wat prima was)

Mooi verblijf maar heel arrogante eigenaar

Het zwembad

De arrogantie van de eigenaar. Haar honden hebben tot 2x toe onze hong aangevallen en gebeten. Toch was het allemaal onze schuld omdat wij haar deur en poortje zogezegd lieten open staan. We hadden vooraf zowel per mail, ook via booking en via telefoon toestemming om te blijven tot maandag 23u30. Plots zouden we tegen de middag moeten vertrekken omdat ze een andere boeking hadden terwijl we allen verlof hadden genomen. Door ons is ze dus klanten kwijt....? Ook dat verwijt kregen we naar ons hoofd. Die vrouw blijft beter op haar traktor tussen de koeien want mensen ontvangen is niets voor haar. Jammer, ze beseft niet eens dat ze onze vakantie verpest heeft met ons kinderen en kleinkinderen, want onze zoon is na 1 nacht al moeten vertrekken met hun doodbraaf hondje want dat beest heeft een zwaar trauma opgelopen door haar 2 loebassen. Vanaf nu worden geen honden meer toegelaten, dat is het enige positieve aan het verhaal, want dat wenst niemand voor zijn.lievelingsdier.

Wij hebben enorm genoten van een weekendje in Gîtr ferme d’Ortie. Ideaal voor een grote groep!

De boerderij met koeien, gocars en fietsen waar we gebruik mochten van maken, mooie tuin, ruim en proper huis, locatie in de natuur, vriendelijke mensen, bbq en vuurschaal

Kookpotten werkten niet op het inductievuur, geen koffietassen, weinig uitleg over het vertrek op zondag

Top locatie en top hosts!

Groot, mooi, rustige locatie, veel plaats voor de kinderen om te spelen. Wij waren met 12 en hadden plaats over, en de hosts waren fantastisch! Wij waren daar net in het kalverseizoen, en mochten vrij rondlopen in de stallen om naar de pasgeboren kalfjes te kijken. Veel winkels in de buurt, goed uitgeruste keuken, en veel parkeerplaats. Wij zijn al plannen aan het maken om in de zomer terug te gaan!

Première fois que je loue un gîte et nous sommes ravis, j’avais pris de tout mais franchement il est super complet autant en vaisselles que ustensiles, machine à raclette , rien ne manque,la literie est parfaite et dehors balançoire et toboggan dans un beau grand jardin plus une armoire pleine de jeux de société sans oublier le billard qui a ravis les adultes durant nôtre séjour, voilà pour nous ☺️

Je n’ai rien de négatif où que je n’aurais pas aimé
