Veel binnenruimte waardoor het aangenaam bleef ook met jonge kinderen. Zeer goede hygiëne. We hadden wat last van allergieën verwacht door de leeftijd van het huis, maar dat was niet het geval.
Sommige stoelen begonnen uit elkaar te vallen

Veel ruimte voor een grote groep, veel douches en toiletten, grote tafels, professionele keuken, voldoende parkeergelegenheid, een kleine supermarkt op 50 meter, een afgesloten tuin waar de hond vrij kon lopen.
Extra dekbedden en hoofdkussens mogen voorzien worden voor mensen die het wat kouder hebben 's nachts
