Santiago is so kind and professional, and the best host I have ever had. He takes such pride in his property and it shows, the decor and ambiance compares to nothing else. Some of the features are a high quality coffee maker, filtered water system, large showers, state of the art washer/dryer and large high definition televisions. All of the pictures are up to date and accurate. Everything in the reviews are so true

After staying in Wilton Manors a few times I can definitely say that our best experiences have been staying at this house. It’s perfect! The home is so clean and organized. The pool and hot tub are a big hit. The house is so well lit and feels so safe. The location is top notch to local bars, restaurants and the beach. I can’t say enough good things about the home owner. He is absolutely amazing, he was so nice and helpful for the duration of our stay. We will definitely be coming back to stay at this house very soon!

The house was as marketed, and very nice. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, pool and hot tub. Our 6 yr old Goldendoodle Madi had a fantastic time chasing lizards, and laying by the large floor level front window so she could monitor what was going on in the world outside.Santiago was extremely responsive throughout the entire process, and very accommodating. He strongly encouraged us to let him know if there any issues, questions, or concerns. Thankfully we never had to bother him, but it was refreshing to hear that, and have it seem 100% sincere.We would recommend this home.
