Just one street away from Wilton Drive, this tranquil 3 bedroom paradise has everything you need to embody the Island City lifestyle with a heated private pool, sun-drenched patio, and stylish professionally decorated interior.
The lush, fully enclosed backyard is perfect for your pet to roam while you sip morning coffee poolside. Grill fresh caught fish and dine under the stars or soak up the sun in on the pool deck while you sip spicy margaritas. This outdoor oasis is truly the perfect place to unwind.
Ideally located, guests head West and make just 2 turns onto "The Drive" and access all that Wilton Manors has to offer. This vibrant community is beaming with amazing restaurants, unmatched nightlife, and is simply packed with culture from museums to art installations.
ACCESS
Each guest gets a personalized lock code that expires at the time of check-out ensuring the safety of our guests and properties.
The door automatically locks behind you each time you exit so you never have to wonder if the home has been secured.

WORK FROM HOME
There is a standing desk provided in the primary bedroom
DATE ALTERATION REQUESTS
We do not accept alterations to date change requests that would result in a shortened stay past the determined cancellation time frame.
GARAGE
Garage is not a usable space to store a car. This is used as a space to store items from the home and for the owner. Guests are welcome to use the beach items which are stored inside the garage. Other than that the space is not meant for guest use.

We risk losing our vacation rental license if found to not comply with the following:
-QUIET HOURS: 10 pm - 8 am
*There are residential noise restrictions all hours of the day.
-Guests are required to present an ID before receiving access codes. No exceptions.
-No on-street parking/ 3 car maximum
-Absolutely no smoking inside
-No parties or gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy
-This property is registered with the City of Wilton Manors as a lawful vacation rental (license number VR22-000009)
-It is unlawful to allow a sexual offender or sexual predator to occupy this residence
-Guests must adhere to city ordinances applicable to residential areas including but not limited to noise, parking, and occupancy.

June 1st- November 30th. We encourage all travelers who book during this time frame to purchase travel insurance that covers natural disasters.

The Zen Den was the perfect escape for our family of five. We left the cold of the Northeast and came to southern Florida to enjoy the warm weather. From the second we entered our VRBO rental, Tom & Noelle created a serene atmosphere for our family to enjoy. The pool was always heated and a big hit for our three young kids. The house was stocked with towels, beach chairs and all the kitchen supplies you would need. The house was very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. We often drove five minutes to get to the beach and found parking and ease of entering/exiting the beach super easy. Finally, all communication and logistics with Noelle and Tom were so smooth and easy. I encourage anyone considering this area to rent this home.

We want to thank Noelle for responding and answering all our questions.The house is very close to shopping, restaurants, etc.The pool area with the plants, grill, table & chairs was a great place to hang out. The house was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. We will come back for the next trip to Florida. Thank you for a wonderful "home" for the family during the holidays

This vacation home was perfect for our girls’ trip! The pool is so nice. The neighborhood was wonderful for walks. The beach is not far. The house was very clean, well stocked, and comfortable. Definitely recommend and would love to return.

Our entire stay was complete satisfaction!!! The Home was fresh and furnished comfortably! The pool area was beautiful and a joy to sit by day or evening! Even got to view the Air Show in the Back Yard!!! The place showed better in person and will definitely Come Back Again Soon.
