Magnificent waterfront home with stunning sunrise and sunset views. Private, 270-degrees of water frontage on stunning waterway, just minutes from Fort Lauderdale Beach, located in a quiet and desirable cul-de-sac in charming Wilton Manors. The Watergarden Villa offers water views from the master suite, dining room, living room, and two guest bedrooms. With the pool deck, hot tub and patio area having a southern exposure, the sun rises and sets from any vantage of the home. Relaxation here is guaranteed... relax in the hammock under the palm trees while overlooking the water; enjoy the kayaks and paddleboards from the private dock; play in the pool; grill outside on the deck which features a large dining table; soak in the hot tub; or simply sit in the Adirondack chairs on the dock watching the palm trees sway.

Booking process and check in fine.
When we arrived we had to call manager to change all bed linen in property,which he did within a few hours.
I will not go into detail on the state of the bed linen.
But took many photos to substantiate our concerns.
As this was a fact finding trip for us,we pu up with the other problems.
Microwave unusable due to the roof of microwave being completely rusted out.
French doors leading to pool had to be locked with wooden pole in the bottom glide rail.There were more issues but we put up with them.
The property needs a general refurbishment to bring it up to standard.
