駅近、コンビニ近い、コインパーキング近くに多数、居酒屋など飲食店も近くに多数、WiFi、
①トイレが和式、お風呂がちょっと怖い。
子供など嫌がる可能性大。
②夏場の昼間は2階のエアコンがあまり効かない。
2階とゆう事や室外機に日が当たり過ぎている為やかと思われる。
③土壁なのと内装も古い和風。
清潔感はありません。
石膏ボードなど貼って白ペンキで塗装すれば費用を抑えられて清潔感も出ると思われる。
④上記をふまえてファミリー向けの宿泊施設ではない。
