While the staff didn’t speak much English, they were incredibly helpful. Really nice hotel, especially for the price.

It was a minute from a 7-11 and we had plenty of food options nearby along with a bus station about 4 min away that allowed easy travel.
The area seemed a bit shady, but we ran into no issues. The room was clean, but had a lingering odor of smoke, when I thought it was a smoke free room. I could be mistaken about that.
It was a bit small, but for my wife and I to use just for sleep, it was enough.

I enjoyed staying here, but didn't realize it was a bit of a red light district. But for Japan, it's barely a problem.

It is licated in a quiet shopping area with small stores and restaurants, easy to get to from train station if you have a good sense of direction , but hotel smelled of cigarette smoke -- air was not fresh , poorly ventilated . I would not stay in that hotel a second time .
