You have privacy when you want it or enjoy the Gulf Shores Plantation Resort amenities including 5 outdoor pools, hot tubs, tennis, basketball, shuffle board, putting green, BBQ/picnic areas and much more. All within steps of this great location.
There is a public boat ramp on Bon Secour bay within a mile of the property for those who love to fish and crab. Hikers will love the easy access to the Bon Secour nature preserve. Golfers can enjoy Alabama's top rated Kiva Dunes golf course right next door as well as 5 other courses within a few miles. After a day of play , enjoy great dining and nightlife in nearby Gulf Shores and Fort Morgan.
This beautiful, five bedroom, four bath home has two large balconies facing the gulf. There are abundant windows for a perfect beach view in all south facing rooms. The huge master suite has it's own private balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The sunsets are spectacular! The master on suite features a large, garden tub and new double walk in shower. All five bedrooms are well appointed with separate bathrooms and plenty of storage. This home can sleep up to 16 comfortably.
NEW 2020: We have added a large ground floor deck with charcoal BBQ grill. There is a prep / wash station with picnic table and bench seating for your outdoor grilling fun. We also added a second refrigerator for your food storage needs.
NEW 2021: The house has been completely rebuilt inside and out after hurricane Sally. The old kids nook is now a true 5th bedroom. New bunks and new bedding for both bunk rooms. And a funky, off center, porthole window.
NEW 2023: Large TV replaced in the living room. New washer and dryer. New kitchen utensils. New main balcony decking.
NEW 2024: We added a brand new outdoor shower with a great rain head shower. Both hot and cold water! New pillows and bedding. New kitchen utensils.
NEW 2025: We replaced the main refrigerator in the kitchen. And added a new easy chair in the living room.
NEW 2025: The resort has added four new pickleball courts!

The property was very nice with plenty of room to spread out. We loved that it was the house closest to the beach walkway. Perfect girls weekend getaway.

KatsMeow is facing the peaceful beach in Fort Morgan with beautiful views. We enjoyed watching the dolphins along with the sun rise and sun set. Just steps to the beach and pool. Housekeeping needs to tighten up some but still clean. We never got the upstairs TVs to work but wasn't a major issue. Great accomodations with great value. Looking forward to next summer.

At first glance, we loved it. As we started to settle, we started noticing things were not very clean. None of the rugs were vacuumed, the oven was dirty and smelled of old grease and there were dead bugs under the tables in the living room. Also, we had issues with the refrigerators not keeping our food cold enough. We had to throw milk away because it spoiled due to this issue. I did message the host but he made it seem like it was our fault, as if we don’t know how to properly operate a refrigerator. I think the problem is that it’s old and needs to be upgraded. I will say the location to the pool and beach was great, super convenient; but, if you like to shop or go out to eat, it’s quite a little drive. For this reason, we probably wouldn’t stay out that way again.
