Les appartements d'Edmond Saint Suffren

Beautiful apartment just near castellane, where we were visiting family. Everything was thought of - great towels, enough sockets and hooks, bedside lights, storage, all the little details. Super clean and fresh. I think the shower was the best we’ve ever had in a hotel!!! Comfortable bed. 2 coffee capsules free and you could buy more at hotel. Great for coffee addicts. Location is great- near castellane cafes, walking distance to shopping street and under 15 min to old port.

No complaints but more to let others know: We don’t need a lot of airco but it wasn’t enough to properly cool the apartment. We reported it so I’m sure they will check. There are three floors of stairs and no lift so you need to be fit and travel light. Parking (paid) at castellane or prefecture worked fine. There were sounds from the neighbors and people talking in the halls at 4 am, but that’s pretty normal for a city apartment. Picking up the keys at the local hotel is ideal for flexible arrival but after a long day it would have been wonderful to meet someone at the property. It’s very very close but after a long day of travel and a lot of bags it’s tiring. But really trivial things.

Immeuble vétuste. Bcp de de consignes affichées, données par mail puis re- indiquées à l’oral.

O prėdio onde está o apto é mal conservado Deixa um sentimento de insegurança quando se chega no local Tive medo de deixar minha mala e meus documentos no apto quando saia pois o prėdio dá impressão de ser mal frequentado Outra coisa Esse tipo de apto não deveria ficar no terceiro andar pois o viajante tem mala e para subir com a bagagem a pé , é difícil Sorte minha que a minha mala era pequena

Staff were very accommodating and lovely. Location was quite good. Beds were on the thin side. There is quite a large bond but we had no issues getting it back.
