1 stop from Shinjuku (5mins!)/4mins walk from Sasazuka station

Tons of space and plenty of beds and amenities. Nice bath and laundry machine was very useful. Hosts were very kind in welcoming us to the home. Conveniently located to many destinations in the city. We very much enjoyed our stay here.

This accommodation is superb and getting somewhere as large as this suburban house is very rare.Being just a short train ride away from Shinjuku was perfect. This meant we only had a short 5min train ride into Shinjuku which we used as a launch pad to the rest of Tokyo. We thought this was better than staying in the hustle and bustle (and noise) of the larger commercial areas. Be warned..stay away from the local baker (Le repas) and Beard Papas at the station.....you will not want to stop going back. There are several great wee restaurants in the area and a small coffee shop only 30 seconds away from the house with great but simple breakfast options. It is located within a non-touristy area within a local Japanese community. Our hosts were very helpful and obviously take pride in what they offer. The house was western style, large, clean and had all the amenities in good working order. What really impressed us was the quietness of the house even when people were moving round in other rooms or in the shower etc. There were four adults and two teenagers staying in the house and the hosts provide four keys so we could all come and go as we pleased. The large lounge, dining and kitchen area downstairs away from the bedrooms was very functional.As we stayed 10 days, they provided a free cleaning service half way through. Appreciated!I strongly recommend this property and will book again if we head back to Tokyo.K-san to Yuki-san, hontōniarigatōgozaimashita

Location: Excellent! It was quiet and peaceful, which was just what we wanted. We felt like locals and didn't have to fight the crowds in the touristy areas. No bright lights, no noisy neighbors. Very relaxing. The location was easy to get to from the train station, which was an easy 4 minute walk. House: exactly what we needed, with every comfort and amenity provided, including chopsticks, paper towels, tissues, soap, shampoo and even toothpaste! There were ample beds and bedrooms for our family, and the desks in each room were a nice touch. The host had written directions for how to operate everything and had labels in English for all the cabinets and panels. The only complaint we had was the mattresses, which were a bit uncomfortable, which is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5. Otherwise, it was a wonderful stay and i highly recommend!

Hosts were great and house was perfect for a large family of 7 staying 10 days. Close to subway and shopping. My kids loved how close we were from 7-11. Highly recommend!!
