This unit was built with a unique view that looks both down Lake Charlevoix all the way to Advance and also out the front across the bay with a view of Avalanche. This 2 bedroom / 2 bath lower level unit has all the conveniences of location and the advantage of being on the lower level. Excellent for year round vacationers who want to take advantage of being close to everything the Boyne Area has to offer and be within walking distance to the water, downtown and all of the activities.

A fantastic rental unit at a superb condominium complex. Very clean. Very comfortable. The unit had everything that our small group (3) needed for a late summer getaway. In fact, it was a pleasant surprise that the pool was still open (mid-September) and we were able to enjoy it, given the summer temperatures. I strongly recommend.

Our hosts were the best at communication from booking through our stay. Their property is outstanding and their pride in maintaining it is clear. The location provides easy access to all Boyne City and surrounding areas have to offer as well as a beautiful respite for relaxing and the best lake views.
