About this apartment rental

If you love unique architecture, you'll love this loft renovated from a 100 year old schoolhouse. Boasts heated floors, a private patio, fireplace and beautiful kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counters. Enjoy a roasting marshmallows around our firepit and cooking your favorite meal on our shared access outdoor grill.


Fully renovated in 2022, you will not be disappointed in the loft styling and amenities our schoolhouse has to offer. Sleeps 4, 1 private bedroom and 1 pullout sofa in main living area. Located right near downtown where Boyne City has many cute coffee shops, restaurants, retail shopping as well as the year round Farmers Market every Saturday.


We are 10 minutes from Boyne Mountain and Avalanche Bay for skiing and waterpark fun! As well as nearby beaches and marinas make enjoying Lake Charlevoix easy! We have ski/beach lockers for each unit to keep your equipment safe and clean during your stay. 10-20 minutes away from Charlevoix, Petoskey and Walloon Lake. By the pictures online, I knew this would be a great spot for my husband and I to spend the weekend while enjoying the Boyne City area, but I had no idea just how beautiful it was. The building itself is amazing, and everything, and I mean everything, on the grounds has been meticulously restored. Our loft was spotless and felt brand new, with plenty of space for the two of us and well-equipped with anything we needed throughout our stay. The washer and dryer were a much-appreciated feature. I cannot recommend this location enough!

We absolutely loved this place. Hands down the best in Boyne City. Perfect walking distance to downtown and the marina. Very clean, cleaning crew were extremely nice and it was just an extremely comfortable and cozy place. Our friends loved the it, especially sitting out on their patio. We will be back for sure! Thank you for everything!
