This stunningly situated Cornish holiday cottage enjoys breathtaking views over the Atlantic and the Isles of Scilly. In a hamlet on the edge of the pretty Cot Valley, Furzeburrow offers a peaceful holiday hideaway, yet within easy walking distance of St Just with its numerous amenities. Well located for visiting Penzance, Lands End, Sennen Cove, quaint fishing harbours of Mousehole and Newlyn. Daily trips from Penzance to the beautiful Isles of Scilly by helicopter or passenger ferry or Sky Bus from Lands End airport. This is an excellent base for walking the Cornish Coastal Path which offers spectacular scenery and views in an area renowned for its birds and wildlife. The quiet cove of Porth Nanven is a short walk from the property. Large sandy surfing beaches of Whitesand Bay and Gwynver are only a 5 mile drive. The Magical Minack Theatre is close by (open air theatre built in to the cliff face). Shops, pubs and restaurants 1 mile.

Instead of reading reviews and dithering book it quickly before somebody else does. Great sea view from window in sitting room, bungalow is comfortable, warm and feels like home. Great bird watching, especially when the choughs sit on the roof. St Just is a 10 minute walk away with a reasonable selection of shops and I spent several days just walking from the bungalow including to Lands End and back via the coastal path. Only downside is the steps from the parking area to the bungalow.

Homely accommodation with everything you could need in a stunning location. Good local ammeneties and perfect for visiting west Cornwall and it's many stunning Vista's.

You could spend all day looking out of the window at the view but you have to go swimming at the Cot valley cove, just check for the low tide times in the book on the kitchen wall !!

Our third trip to Furzeburrow was just as good as previous ones. The location is unique and v beautiful. And the peace is just what I want. My wife and children would have preferred there to be Wi-fi, but that's all part of being in Cornwall for me.
