Romano Estate, The Courtyard

Great location for exploring area lands end 40 minutes Minack Theatre 30 minutes. 10 minutes from Penzance. Fantastic Walks for dogs so much history locally. Property clean, perfect for our needs . Host super communication super helpful.

All good for us

Very clean, initially very peaceful. Decorated to high standard.

Accommodation smaller than seemed in photos. Definitely not soundproofed - disturbed by very noisy neighbours until 10pm. Recycling not dealt with - left to blow around the units. Price of one night definitely too high.

Great location, you can really relax and rest. Greg can answer all your questions and support you with facilities.

The apartment was as described

Check in was the worse experience. No prior information was given the morning of check in on what to expect... arrived at the property and had to guess which room was ours by entering all open rooms. There were no instructions on which room we were in. I contacted the host immediately on arrival and didn't get a reply untill an hour later. Maybe it was an accident that the communication wasn't sent but there was no apology just a text back saying lodge no.5 which luckily we had put our possessions in already while we waited for a response. Had to move furniture in order to pull out the sofa bed not ideal but understand space is limited and seems they have tried the best they can to fit everything into the space.
