The lodge was small but exactly as described and has been well designed and laid out. It’s quite out of the way but this suited us as it meant we were in a good location to travel all over. The shower was superb! Lovely to have a private outside space and plenty of parking at the bottom of the drive. The host Craig was great with contact and easy to get hold of. We loved everything about it and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend this accommodation.
This is being really picky, but we suspect the cleaner forgot to clean the floors downstairs as everything else was clean.

Very well organised and run. It has everything you need for your stay . Powerful hot shower, fully stocked kitchen , coffee machine, oven ,hob and a small fridge freezer . Comfortable large sofa downstairs and a small yard to have your coffee in the morning or watch the sky at night ! Book with directions and information about the area . Staff always helpful and accommodating.
There were some road work in the area and we got diverted, but it’s more the road company lack of communication fault.

Poorly equipped for self-catering accommodation. Could do with scissors and a tin opener as the basics.
