Location. The small village of Sennen just minutes from lands end was a great, peaceful location. Sennen cove just 20min walk is absolutely beautiful.
The facilities were good, although not great they had plenty.
Cafe/bar/restaurant with lounge area with pool table, air hockey, and indoor play area.
Outdoor pools (unfortunately not heated)
Mini golf
Park
Good car parking
The pod we booked was clean and warm and had a good sized fridge, microwave and kettle
Toilets weren't quiet the 30sec walk as described, especially with children, and no lights at night for the walk.
Outdoor pools we'rent heated. I'm sure in peak summer this is fine but nearing the end of summer the water was probably a little too cold, especially for the children.
The park and mini golf could do with repairs and a good freshen up.

Most of the stuff. Great location, friendly staff good facilities.
Minigolf area would require some care. Also there were some problems with tv signal but this is on weather i guess.

The location of the toilet is a bit far from my hut

Location .
How the clamping pods were set up on the field dedicated to the pods.
Pool.
Staff
Could have done with a dust pan and brush .
Just so we could cleaned up a little better during the stay.
Maybe a small area designated to bbq
IE bricks to use for disposable bbq.
Someone in the nearby static van had a drone flying about and was hovering over childrens play park and over glamping sight! that we didn’t like as we felt it was invading our space there and the buzzing noise of it coming down low was very annoying we feel these should be banned as it invades your space and spoils the very tranquil environment .
Other than that staff sight was great !! Would love to come back .
Drones need to be banned . !!!

The location was good close to the beach and lands end and very quiet.
Plates , cutlery and pans in the kitchen were dirty not washed properly
There was no sweeping brush for the entire stay of 8 nights we were staying with nothing to sweep the floor so we ended up buying one ourselves
Kids bedroom was with cobwebs and spiders hanging off the ceiling and they didn't want to sleep in the rooms
Fridge tiny and not practical at all for caravan that holds accommodation for 6 people
Bar on the side not even once that we wanted to go that was open .Highlighted to the reception about the spiders/cobweb and fridge but there was no response to that in other way than "you are just unlucky with smile on the face"
Swimming pool will defo could do with some tidying up around it and regular cleaning on the bottom of it( fishing out the dirt floating in it)
Grass behind our caravan could do with a bit tlc and cutting
In general the side looks like is employing very limited amount of people to maintain it and take care of it.

I knew I was pretty much staying in a shed, that’s fine. But it smelled like wee! The toilets and showers were gross 🤢 we’d on the seats and dirty showers. I didn’t use either. I stayed the first night but skipped out on the second
Dirty and smelly

Lovely gentleman at reception who was kind enough to ensure my family stayed together and explained where everything is. We had the purple and brown huts and very much loved the experience. The only thing I would change is that evening swimming should be allowed with cctv as most people tend to go to the seaside in the daytime
All booked for next year year
No swimming after 5pm

The location of the campsite is perfect for exploring this area of Cornwall. There is plenty of space on the campsite, and plenty of car parking. The pods are located in their own little field, and large plants between the pods create a great feeling of privacy. The outdoor furniture was very welcome. When we visited in mid-May it was lovely and quiet. It's only 1 mile from Lands End, which is a quick walk to visit. The sunsets at Lands End are spectacular!
The number of toilets and showers is very limited (only 4 of each) which would create large queues in the summer. The toilet block was at the other end of the campsite from the pods and was a long walk. It would have been very helpful to have a toilet block at the bottom end where the pods are located, as well as the block which is at the top end of the site. However, the toilets and showers are cleaned daily and are very good.

The views were gorgeous, the location was brilliant. 20 minute walk from Land End and 30 minute walk from Sennon cove, both beautiful walks to glorious locations.
The staff were friendly, open, and as helpful as they could possibly be.
The cafe/restaurant was welcoming friendly and had amazing food, and Luna, the cafe dog, was the goodest, sweetest girl, who welcomed customers with a waggy tail and a doppy face, ready for a fuss. And if you don't like dogs, there are plenty of seats available away from Luna, and the owners are more than happy to put her behind the counter. (Tho I highly recommend morning Luna cuddles when you can get them.
The Pod we stayed in was clean and cozy and had a beautiful view of the sea and the stars at night.
I wish the reception was open for longer as most of the time we'd be out during the day and wouldn't be back until after 5pm and as they close at 5pm we'd often have to wait until morning to ask questions or use some of the amenities.
Speaking of amenities. The sight description offers an outdoor pool that was supposed to open from 10am to 5pm from the 1st of July. Unfortunately, when I asked to get the code for the pool, so I could have a morning swim on the 1st, they told me they were still checking the chemicals. And as we had plans that day that didn't end till 6 pm, I couldn't ask again until the next morning, when I was again told they chemicals weren't right. When they couldn't fix it within 5 minutes, they had me fill in the correct paperwork and told me that they would call me on my phone when the pool was ready to swim in. After waiting another half an hour, I chose to head out for the day so as not to waste it, waiting for the pool. Which was a good thing as I came back at 4:30pm hoping to get a quick half an hour swim in only to discover the pools chemicals were STILL not right.
The staff were more than communicative and willing to answer any questions. And I appreciate their dedication to ensuring the safety of their guests, but I was really looking forward to using that pool, so it was very disappointing when I was unable to do so during the whole holiday. But I could tell they were trying their best to fix the situation.
The showers were OK but they are like the showers you find at the local swimming baths. You push a button, and the water runs for about 20 seconds before turning off again, I'm assuming it is a way of saving water.
Other than that, what issues we did have were more or less quickly solved by the lovely staff members on hand.

The pod was clean and comfortable, it had all the necessary requirements, fridge, microwave, kettle and the site facilities were excellent.
Everything was very good.

The vibe was good, the bar friendly and welcoming, great location near lands end. Good live music.
Slight drainage malfunction in the shower block, but no big deal.
The booking.com advert description was misleading about the nature of the accommodation. However, luckily, the details provided by the site confirmation letter carefully informed me the TRUE nature of the accommodation and the lack of bedding linen and the communal shower/toilet block. By this time I had already paid in advance. The ad made it sound very much like a 4 bed bungalow with a bathroom shared by the occupants, not a glorified tent with an ablution block 100 metres away. Luckily I was able to source sleeping bags etc in time for our trip, otherwise it may have been disappointing/disastrous. Ultimately it was fine, but less intrepid or adaptable guests may have been perturbed. I don't think this was the fault of the staff, as they made sure to clarify this in the booking confirmation letter...albeit after I had paid🙄

Advert was misleading and this was booked based on false information. Advert did not mention that no bedding would be provided, nor that there would be no heating or wifi. This information was emailed to me around 4-5 days before my stay was scheduled to take place.
I requested a cancellation on the basis that the advert was misleading. This was agreed by the accommodation, however I have not been provided with a refund.

The groundsman was very friendly. The cabin was clean and big enough for us to store our belongings. It was great to have the kettle, microwave and fridge. The location was really lovely with an easy walk to Lands End and Sennen Cove. The local pub was really nice too.
Taking into account that the season isn't quite up and running yet, the grounds were a little overgrown and weedy with large plants preventing easy access around the cabin and banging on the walls during the night. The bed bases were too small for the mattresses. The toilets didn't all have soap in them and none of them had anything to dry our hands.

Leaving.
We spent the previous 2 nights in St Just at an airbnb. with breakfast provisions provided and an abundance of bedding, towels and everything one expects and more for 1/2 the price.
DO NOT TRUST THE PICTURES OR DISCRIPTION ON THE WEBSITE.
The receptionist did not stop talking and defending the property. Nor did she want to listen. We were the GUESTS and wrong. She kept talking over us and expected us to bring bedding, towels crockery and cutlery with us or buy them in UK for our 5 days there. We can't take knives or forks on a plane.
There was NO bedding, towels, or utensils, crockery.
We thought we were booking a cottage, it was an uncleaned, empty kennel shaped structure with 3 beds with plastic covers, a kettle and a fridge, of course we were told that there was nothing else available and it would cost us $$$$$ to have anything provided. Most of the Cabins remained empty during our 3 night stay.
She said we should have known; it was the fault of Booking.com; it was not their fault that we did not read between the lines; it was our fault that we did not know it was a camping ground; around and around it went for some time until I asked for our money back and was then told that they would provide some bedding and towels and come crockery etc. we got the bedding and 2 plates, 4 cups and 2 drinking glasses. NOTHING TO EAT WITH. we gave up. We were offered the cafe for breakfast etc. We thought that would be nice but when we went around the side to have a look, a dog came running out and barking at me, I screamed and ran away. Dogs should not be allowed in or in the doorways of food outlets as a health risk. I have a great fear of dogs after being bitten twice in the past. This dog is permanently tied to the front door post.
Toilets and showers are very hard to find, most obscure places and NO signage. There are signs to BE CAREFUL OF THE HOT WATER, there is NO hot water, it is stone cold and there are no places with hot water to wash greasy dishes, Grounds are overgrown, mini golf is advertised as there is a fee to pay, but the grass is knee high and unkept. Playground is overgrown. This place does not look cared for or maintained. Wifi is NON EXISTANT in the camping area, only in the big cabins.

The Pink Pod was what we were exspecting, very cute indeed & at a very resonable cost.
The Location was perfect, as we had booked to visit an event at the Minack Theatre, only 15mins away.
The staff were happy & very helpfull.
The New Resturant/cafe had just opened, the food & hospitality were fab.
We shall be back to stay in the Pink Pod & have already reccomended to several friends.
We felt that a Toaster would be a good, usefull addition to the equipment in the pod.
The toilet / shower block needs some TLC, which the manager is aware of & they only took over the site a couple of weeks ago.

Tbf... a new manager has just taken over... as in a day or 2... very accommodating with the time we arrived and all seems friendly on the phone, email and in person. We stayed in a pod which was clean tidy and perfectly as expected... however no club house open and the toilets/shower really needed attention.

The location was perfect, the stars in the sky on a clear night are amazing! Wild rabbits and birds all around! Feels like you're part of nature! Easy walk down the road to Landsend, scenic coastal walk from there to Sennen Cove, then back up the road or Stone Chair Path to the Spar/Post Office and back to Seaview via The First and Last Inn!
The toilet and shower block is just a little too far from the little huts for my liking. Make sure you bring all your own bedding and towels, and all camping gear - plates, cutlery, stove, etc. Luckily I brought everything I needed! The hut literally just has waterproof mattresses on wooden frames, a fridge, microwave, kettle, bin and 2 chairs and nothing else. But for the price and location, nothing to complain about apart from the hut had a weird oily sort of smell. I don't know if it had been freshly painted or someone had spilt BBQ liquid in it or something... I put the door mat outside and aired the pod whenever I was there, so it improved!

The location is great and has good access to other attractive places.
The furniture is old and dirty. The container becomes too cold at night, which is bothersome. The refrigerator is too ol and not clean, and there is no soap or dishwashing liquid available in the container.
