Fantastic location just 5 min walk to beach & incredible views from property. Lovely welcome package on arrival including handwritten card, fresh flowers, bottle of fizz, scones cream & jam. Nice front garden space, with morning & evening sun, perfect for people watching & watching the gorgeous sunset. Well equipped kitchen & oven/hob clean & in good working order. Lovely walking distance to lookout point over Lands End, great to view the viewing platform for the RNLI lifeboat, nice food at Sennen Surf restaurant, and good Sunday roast at Old Success Inn (though over hour wait for food).

Property very basic & tired inside. Dirty carpets, cobwebs on chairs & generally lacked home comforts and felt damp, even in heatwave temperatures, & underlying smell of dog. Photos gave impression of renting the whole property (upstairs & downstairs), but house split into two rentals & only the ground floor and garden included. Odd that the twin room was at the front of property with the great views, but master/double room tiny & overlooking the rear outbuilding. Kitchen well equipped but freezer, washing machine & tumble dryer in a separate, old outbuilding, shared with apartment above, which wasn't ideal. One basic, small bathroom. Kitchen tap dripped constantly. Parking space wasn't accessible for our vehicle (campervan); the slope is incredibly steep, and sharp steep turn made it impossible to park, so had to park in the public carpark down the road at incremental cost of £10 per 24hrs (£70 total for week).
