For an older facility, it was fairly well maintained. The appliances were old, but everything worked okay. We found the condo was clean. The pool was clean and well maintained. Beach access was awesome. Any questions we had were promptly answered by the host company. Other than a few minor things other inconsiderate guests did, (Nothing any property owner or manager could have done about that.) our stay was great.

Room was spotless! Just as described and right on beach. Kids loved the bunk beds. Would highly recommend and would love to stay again

Property managers weren't helpful. Wifi didn't work nor the ice maker. After asking for help the issues were never fixed. Building is next to a dumpster and behind a gas station. The pool and beach being close was nice. Having a grassy space to yourself was also nice. Everything was OK.
