This is a beautifully maintained bright and cheery 3 Bedroom, 2 bath taking in the entire view and additional light that comes with staying in an End unit. Included in your rental is Free Beach Service March 1st - October 31st
The living area features a large TV with a Roku so you can stream your favorite services. Master bedroom has a King bed with an ensuite bath with double vanity, are Gulf front with doors opening to an over sized balcony. The second bedroom is a King with a bathroom that also opens to the hallway. The 3rd Bedroom is a ''bunk room'' with bunk beds and a full size closet. Recently upgraded to include Granite counters, 18'' tile floors throughout, beautifully tiled and upgraded bathroom showers and a double vanity in the Master bath. The condo is very nice. The views were wonderful. The check-in / check-out process was flawless. The property was clean but needs to be updated a bit with new paint, etc.

Everything was great except for we had a broken washer machine. It was obviously not working before we arrived, was unplugged and had missing part, but we were not informed. They did offer to send our clothes out to be cleaned and picked them up/dropped off, that was very nice, but we pack less when we have a laundry and it is an upcharge to have a unit with washer so overall this was very inconvenient. It would have been nice to be informed prior to the trip so we could have packed accordingly.
