This is a beautifully maintained bright and cheery 3 Bedroom, 2 bath taking in the entire view and additional light that comes with staying in an End unit. Included in your rental is Free Beach Service March 1st - October 31st
The living area features a large TV with a Roku so you can stream your favorite services. Master bedroom has a King bed with an ensuite bath with double vanity, are Gulf front with doors opening to an over sized balcony. The second bedroom is a King with a bathroom that also opens to the hallway. The 3rd Bedroom is a ''bunk room'' with bunk beds and a full size closet. The condo is very nice. The views were wonderful. The check-in / check-out process was flawless. The property was clean but needs to be updated a bit with new paint, etc.

The 501 condo was just perfect. Very tastefully decorated in light greys and turquoise with a very well stocked kitchen! The complex building is showing a bit of wear, but once you open the door to 501, it is beautiful!! The pool is small, but was clean and never was crowded. The beach is lovely, although the beach service that comes with the condo ( 2 chairs and a large umbrella) has the umbrellas literally touching each other on the beach-that is how close you are to the people sitting next to you-I wish they were not even there and just let the beach be free of that. You are able to put up your own umbrellas and beach chairs if you wish. I would definitely recommend this unit!
