About this apartment rental
The apartments are located in the historic center of Cannobio in a recently renovated Palazzo d'epoca.
The accommodations have been renovated and furnished in 2003.
The building is in the pedestrian area which also includes the long lake, the marina and the public beach.
Access to the accommodation is from the pedestrian street and through a characteristic medieval courtyard or from a public road through the condominium garden of the building.
On request it is possible to have a box in the basement of the building (2 boxes available). It should be noted that the box is small (5x2.30 m).
At a distance of about 1,000 meters there is a beach and wind-surfing equipment.
At about 250 meters you reach the promenade at the lake of the lakefront of Cannobio.
The area is considered very quiet.
Fourth floor without elevator
The accommodation is a three-room apartment on two levels of about 95 square meters and consists of:
living room with sofa bed and kitchenette, bathroom with tub, terrace of 2.5 sqm overlooking the village and the lake;
on the upper level: double bedroom, single bedroom and bathroom with shower.
The accommodation can accommodate up to n. 6 people:
- 2 people in the master bedroom
- 2 people in the bedroom
- 2 people in the living room on the sofa bed
Equipment: TV, 4-burner gas cooker, electric oven, small terrace with chairs, fireplace.
Suitable for customers with: animals, without cars.
Not suitable for customers with: disabled.
