About this house rental
5 minutes walk from Miltown Malbay and 15 minutes walk from Spanish Point beach this house has recently been refurbished to a high standard.
Comprises of 2 double bedrooms and 1 single, a shower room, kitchen and living room with dining area. The property also has a driveway with parking.
The kitchen has a large fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, oven, hob and toaster. There is an outside clothes line, iron and ironing board.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets.

Overall really nice cottage. Close to Doolin, cliffs, Burren etc.Check in was easy. Contact with owner was pleasant.If i have to mention one small downside.... cups, cutlery etc were not clean. The shed with garbage was very smelly due to temperature.But overall, really nice and cosy cottage. Would recommend and stay here again.Thank you Liz.

A comfortable and very well situated property,with a small garage supermarket across the road from the house (and an ice cream counter ) .A 10 minute walk and you have a selection of typical Irish pubs and restaurants in Milton Malbay .For trips to Moher , Kilkee ,Bridges of Ross you are perfectly situated. All in all a great place to stay for the best of Co Clare .

A nice little house, well insulated (we were there in November) and with a fireplace in the living room!
All necessary equipment provided (some minor improvements would be useful regarding the kitchen).
The direct surroundings of the cottage are not that beautyful, as it is located at a national road, but infrastructure is quite well: to the town centre of Miltown Malbay (with pubs, cafés, restaurants, supermarkets) it is just a few minutes walk; a petrol station with a small supermarket is vis-à-vis.
All in all we had a really good time there. The house is a good basis to explore County Clare by car; a private parking space is located behind the house.
