Beautiful location and room very spacious and comfortable. Tea, coffee, water and biscuits available made for a very nice touch.
Room was a little cold but the extra blanket supplied helped. No hand soap but we found soap in a dispenser in the shower.

I will never forget my stay at Ballytigue house. The room and bathroom I had were exceptionally clean (I could see my reflection in the bathroom floor) and comfortable. The area surrounding was stunning and serene. If you’re looking for an experience in the Irish countryside this is certainly the place for you. The staff were very kind and made sure I had everything I needed. I’m already planning to return.

In a quiet rural location. Beautiful area. Responsive host.
Bed was very firm and the pillows were pretty uncomfortable

1. Bed not made when we arrived at 16.30.
2. Owner advised us by phone that a person would arrive in 20 minutes to address - actually arrived 1 hour later to sort issue.
3. We were offered another room - which did not have a wardrobe.
4. Our room did not have an unsuite - which we were not advised of when booking.
5. Does this house have planning permission for air B & B ??
So overall, very disappointed with this venue.
Terrible venue..
Signed, Tim Folan.

Had fridge and microwave to heat your dinners (in the hallway). Room was nice enough and scenic location. The lady who runs it was friendly and helpful.
Mattresses not too comfortable and very basic tv channels

Very clean and comfortable place
Abit of off road.

Quiet rural location, parking available.
Could do with more sockets in the room. Instructions on how to use shower would be helpful as the cord string isn't accessible which is how it works at home.
The window was covered over with black plastic, I assume to provide blackout effect but meant there was no view out except of the sky through the skylight.

Didn’t see the owner at all - that was a bit weird. They where home though,

The place was great. Easy to park with our rental car, really friendly dog outside, amazing views of the country side. SUPER EASY check in process, made arriving late at night a breeze. Felt safe and was comfortable.
Be prepared for some small roads getting to the house, but nothing too different from the rest of the small streets of Ireland. For us, we were staying here to go to the cliffs, and it was a good 45 min drive, but very do-able.

It was a nice spot, very remote and lovely. The room was spacious and and it was easy to access. I had all amenities that were described.
The comforter for the bed was not clean--it smelled like armpits. I also would have liked to know if there was someone on the property. I did not hear from anyone or see anyone there, but we were in and out very quickly.

Good for a one-night stay. The house on the outside is very pretty, and the dog lightened our morning !
If you stay in the ground floor rooms you might get woken up at night because of footsteps upstairs. Clean although the beds smelled like people. A bit cold.

Loved the location, in the countryside. Out of the hustle n bustle of town. The lady who does the bookings ‘Francis’ (sorry if I’ve got your name wrong) was ever so helpful and lovely to talk and walk with.
Sorry but the noise of the doors and floors made it really hard to sleep, especially when other guests arrived at past midnight and wheeled their suitcases across the tiles and wooden floors. The door shutting was extremely noisy around midnight and every time they were used, when the other people arrived.

Lovely (well signed) property. Nice touches, biscuit, refreshments & bottle of water. Easy access to property, beautiful views over countryside. Fell asleep to sheep bleating. Wonderful.

Lovely clean, spacious room. The host Michael was great. The place is set on its own but we were on motorcycles and it was a short ride into Corofin for fish and chips. The room was well equipped with coffee making facilities and a large bathroom.

Quiet and clean. Provided coffee, tea and cookies. Quiet, clean and comfortable. You could hear the sheep bahhhh-ing!
Only that it took a bit of time getting there.

This apartment was a great find. We were looking for hotels to sleep in and the prices were absurd, so we looked for options a little further away from Dromoland and found this one and it really was an excellent choice (price benefit).

Room en-suite was comfortable and clean
In the middle of nowhere. The roads around it are not roads, they are country lanes at best. In the dark the trip from Ennis took me 33 minutes. The last 5k probably took 10 minutes.

Clean and comfortable for our one night stay.
Your description of the location as being in Clarecastle was ridiculously out by a half hours drive, well off the beaten track. I had to phone the house and fortunately got a very helpful lady who said we were nowhere near the house. She gave us new directions to help us. You need to do some serious editing to that part of your description.

It's clean and staff are friendly.
There's no mirror in the room. You need to go to the bathroom to fix your face and the bathroom is shared between 3 rooms.

Lugar tranquilo em zona rural
Água do chuveiro ou esquentava muito ou gelava! Não era possível regular muito bem.

Quiet area in the country.
Kitchen but couldn't use, lounge but couldn't use. Microwave to use and a very small fridge which wasn't very cold almost on the floor under the stairs. Owner or manager there but never met. 5 bedrooms.

Breakfast was adequate for the rate paid and host was super amenable to helping me out with my dietary needs. Location is very remote which was exactly what I was looking for, but its easily 35 mins to Doolin and cliffs, etc. Francis' dogs are the best creatures you'll ever meet. I'll definitely stay here again.
It got a little chilly in room in the evening.

Frances was very nice and attentive. The place was very cosy and peaceful. It is a place where you need to arrive by car but it is worth it because the region is very beautiful. The price is right. I recommend it 100%.
