I liked the great location, it was so close to the city, it was a nice large clean room and it was good value

I didn't check. It was hard to get there, when I arrived I had to wait a couple of minutes (nobody home, it scared me). You'll get a big room, but it's not a hostel or anything (you'll stay in your room, bc they live there). No water or anything, you have to use the bathroom for that. The 'garden view' is a view on a pavement with a garage on it (don't ask about the bathroom. The basket is nice, yes).
