This is a wonderful detached cottage in the village of Labasheeda, County Clare. Hosting four bedrooms; a king-size with en-suite, a double with basin, and two double's along with a bathroom, this property can sleep up to eight people. Inside you will also find a cloakroom, kitchen/diner with woodburner, utility, and a sitting room with electric fire. To the outside is off-road parking, and a lawned garden. Situated in a beautiful location with magnificent views, Labasheeda is a unique cottage in an excellent part of Ireland.
Amenities: Oil central heating with electric fire and woodburner. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher. TV with Freeview, WiFi, selection of books. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair and travel cot. Off-road parking. Lawned garden. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Pub 200 metres. Note: Garden not currently enclosed.
Region: County Clare has so much on offer; boat trips, quirky pubs, seaside resorts and a great tradition for Irish music, all set amidst spectacular scenery such as the towering Cliffs of Moher and the fascinating landscape of The Burren.
Town: With many quiet country lanes and trails, Labasheeda is a great place for walkers and cyclists, and its location on the banks of the Shannon ensures good fishing all year round. Close by, the coastal town of Kilrush, one of Ireland's listed Heritage Towns, has a lovely marina and offers boat trips along the Shannon to try and spot dolphins. Also close by, Ennis boasts many shops and restaurants, and makes a great day out.
