Great location and facilities.
There was a bug issue, but the property manager called the pest control person to come over within hours.

This condo's location is great with restaurants and shops in walking distance. The condo was clean and comfortable. The balcony has a great table for 4 and great views. A swing on the bedroom side on the unused area of the balcony would be a great suggestion as there is plenty of room and the metal chairs and small table was unsteady, worn and we were leery to sit there. There was a large dining table for plenty of guest.
The code for the entrance for the condo was very frustrating as it was very long, and the light would turn red to start over before you could finish. It took multiple tries each entry to get back into the unit. A better or easier shorter code would be easier or offer a key box. Staying in the primary room, the furniture was dated, worn and as a woman, there was nowhere to sit to dress as the bed was too high to just sit on the edge to dress or put on shoes. Instead of 3 massive, long dressers, (one missing handles so can't open every drawer anyway}, I would suggest removing 2 and adding a bench or chair to sit as the other bedrooms have and a mirror. I had to move to the living room to complete dressing. Small details can make for a more comfortable stay and make vacationers return. Though it was a great location, I don't think we would stay here again. Also, when we arrived the elevator to the garage parking lot to get to the first floor was out of order. My husband in his 70's had to carry everything up the flight of stairs, making multiple trips. It was fixed a couple days later after we arrived. Leaving it was no problem.

The location was great; just steps away from the ocean. The view was magnificent!!!
