Enjoy direct access to the pool and beach from the private balcony that also overlooks the Atlantic Ocean. Located in the heart of Isle of Palms, dining, shopping and the island's night life are all just a few steps outside this gated property.
Other amenities include secured covered parking, an elevator, Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, stocked kitchen, linens and towels and starter kit of basic supplies just to name a few. This spacious home can accommodate the whole family or multiple families in search of the perfect vacation. Local property management is only a phone call away to ensure an enjoyable stay.
Endless opportunities are available to experience the local culture. Visit plantations, historic downtown Charleston, South Carolina Aquarium or Museums, Patriot's Point or Fort Sumter all within a 15 min drive. Or explore nature by witnessing dolphins feeding off the banks, sea turtles nesting on the beach, taking an Eco tour or kayaking into the creeks off of the Intercoastal waterways. Further inland, observe alligators in their nature habitat or admire the 1600 year old Angel Oak Tree.
All reservation (3-21 nights) will receive $250 credit toward VayK Life!
*Pool is not heated and will be closed to swimming starting November 1st to March 31st.*
INTERNET / TV: High speed wireless internet is provided as a convenience only and is not integral to the agreement. No refund of rentals shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems, lack of knowledge of use, or personal references with regard to Internet service. Home does provide Cable television in main family area and bedrooms.
NOTE: This is a bottom level condo with a private staircase from your ocean front covered deck to the pool and beach. The pool is not heated in the off season. Only 2 Car Passes per Property. Non Smoking, No Pets. Rents Saturday to Saturday in Summer. Minimum nights vary for off season.
MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE TO RENT NO EXCEPTIONS.

Great property in a Great location. Close to downtown Charleston for day trips to the city, but with the chill island feel. Beach access right out your backdoor!! Great restaurants within walking distance!! Would definitely stay here again! Thank you for an amazing trip

Had to switch from a large home for 16 to a place for 8 maybe 10 last minute. Wanted to be in IP and ocean front with a pool. Found this condo. It looked amazing from the pictures. Perfect location. Seemed a little too good to be true. But we arrived and everything looked just like the pictures. It was clean, spacious, has everything you need. Great location, to everything! Fit our family perfectly and room for people stopping by. Easy access for the kids to go to the pool and beach. Super stocked kitchen, great pillows, great tvs, games, beach chairs. Literally everything you need. Nothing more! Some reviews same a little out dated I normally stay in five star places and this was just fine. The price is perfect for what you get and it is clean and cozy!! I would recommend this to anyone. Family with all ages. Girls trips, guys trips. Business trips. Great place. Great owners. Will stay here when we come back. Thanks for making our trip and my sisters weekend amazing!!!

Unfortunately, both bathroom shower heads in the bunk bed room and the room down from the kitchen was not flowing properly. Taking a bath had to be a substitute for taking a shower. The paint color (peach) in the master bedroom with oak furniture had a very dated look. Also maybe the homeowners should (hire) someone to spray for mosquitoes around the pool and grill area - would be helpful. Overall we had a wonderful time with a few inconveniences.
