About this house rental
This wonderful Isle of Palms home is perfectly located just steps from the famous Front Beach area, known for its restaurants, bars, shopping, and of course, the beach! Featuring 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, two living spaces, an elevator, game room, private pool, and multiple covered porches, this home has everything you need for the perfect beach getaway.
Inside, you’ll find a spacious and thoughtfully designed layout with an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area that is ideal for gathering with family and friends. The kitchen features a large center island with bar seating, while the oversized dining table provides plenty of room for meals together. The living room opens onto a covered porch overlooking the private pool.
This four-story home includes an elevator servicing the ground floor through the third-floor living area for added convenience. The fourth floor offers an additional living space with multiple sofas, a large-screen TV, a queen bedroom, and a full bathroom — perfect for added privacy or a separate hangout area. The primary suite, located on the second floor, features an ensuite bathroom and private porch overlooking the pool.
Outdoor living is just as impressive with a private in-ground pool, gas grill, outdoor shower, and three levels of porches to enjoy ocean breezes and beautiful sunsets. The rooftop sundeck includes a covered gazebo with Adirondack chairs and partial ocean views, creating the perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach.
On the ground level, guests will enjoy the game room adjacent to the pool area, complete with a pool table, second refrigerator, TV, and table for cards or board games.
Traveling with your furry family member? This home is pet friendly for up to two dogs (30 lb. limit) with a $300 non-refundable pet fee.
The dining area comfortably seats 8 guests, with additional seating for 4 at the kitchen island, providing plenty of space for gathering and dining together.
The private pool can be heated with at least 14 days advance notice prior to arrival for a $600 heating fee. Please note that pool heating is available for a maximum of one week per stay. During colder weather, if daytime or nighttime temperatures fall below 55 degrees, the pool may have difficulty maintaining the desired temperature.

This was our second year in a row renting this property for our family vacation. It’s perfect for our young children and family members to enjoy time together but also have their own space. We rent a golf cart to make getting to the beach even easier. And the pool is perfect for the second d half of the day. The crib mattress needed to be replaced and the staff was super prompt in getting a new one ordered! We love this home but wish some general maintenance and cleaning would be done for the price and location as it is a great family vacation home in a great location.

It was spacious with lots of room. The stairs were a challenge for our elderly father, which we knew would be hard upon booking. The mattress on the pull out sofa on the top floor was terrible and all you could feel were springs so that would definitely need an upgrade. We received a text that someone was coming to fix the grill which we had idea it needed to be fixed which we planned to use that same night so that would have been upsetting to know it didn’t work. Something needed to be fixed would have been nice to know so planning can be made for alternate plans if needed.

My family really enjoyed our stay in this lovely was clean and well appointed with everything we needed.The location was great being so close to the shops and restaurants on Front Beach. We all enjoyed the pool but wished there had been a 1/2 bath on the ground floor. Overall it was a great week and I would recommend this house and your real estate company to other vacationers.

We have rented this house several times in the past. This time, however, neither the dishwasher nor the icemaker worked. Mid-week a toilet became clogged (plunger on site did not fix it). We had to alter our plans so that service could come out 4 times; the only thing that got fixed was the toilet. We were offered "a bag of ice", but were not offered additional dish cleaning supplies (dish soap, additional dish towels) or paper plates or cups. We also were not supplied sheets for the sofa beds. those were supplied after we called and asked for them. For the amount that we paid for this rental, it is reasonable to expect that all major appliances are in good working order. Also, 1 rather small bath towel per person is less than adequate. We were not provided a hand towel for the half bath, so had to improvise. I feel that there is a degree of complacency, that providing a superior rental experience is no longer a priority with Island Realty. We will, unfortunately, have to think long and hard about whether to rent from them again (and we come every year).
