We really enjoyed our stay!

We loved the view from the back balcony.

There is nothing we did not like about the place itself, however The place could have been cleaner. The floors were not swept/mopped when we arrived. Our 3 year old daughter’s feet were black after running around inside a little while of arriving. The bathroom also had hair all over the floor.

Was wonderful but those few things. Loved the view of the ocean and bay in the back.

It was close to everything.

Nobody knew nothing about the parking pass, we called several times just to see what we needed to do to park and nobody knew anything. The thing at the bottom of the sliding door was way too big. We kept hitting our toes on it. The sliding door wouldn’t lock. The floor in the hall/ kitchen was torn. The washer was way too loud and the dryer I had to dry my clothes three times to get them dried.

Great location and our patio faced the ocean.

The bed sheets are hella old and like sandpaper. There are no instructions for how to work the tvs and it seems the one in the moving room doesn’t work at all. Light in the master bedroom ceiling fan is out. There was no hair dryer - had to buy one. 10 am check out was too early.

The elevator was very useful

Well worn. Definitely needed to be renovated. Old worn out furniture - everything in the unit was old - outdated and in bad condition. Very disappointed. We will not stay here again

Unsatisfied and frustrated

The location was ok, nothing to do in the area but walk to the beach. Had to travel to a different location.just to enjoy my mini vacation

On first day we couldn't get in till after 4pm due to no management on site, then had to wait for parking decal till Saturday afternoon as my vacation was practically bout to end than had no lights in kitchen , master bedroom bathroom had molded towel underneath sink that had been there for a while. No hot water until yesterday remotes needed battery. Code to room was deactivated yesterday, and I had to go to a friend's house till this morning. I requested a refund. My vacation was.ruin due to all the issues and complaints made via phone call. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.who had blender with no blender only bathroom plugs work in master bedroom. first.bed had no lights fixture, but a lamp for lighting blind in first bedroom wouldn't go down

there were many little things that needed fixing: tv in living room didn’t work, remote in master, toilet paper roll dispenser in master and a hook fixture in second bathroom were both off the wall. The walls were pretty dirty with stains and dings and the carpet had some dark stains on it. the refrigerator has a broken shelf in it (left side door). All of these things just took away from the good first impression.
