License # 6009 - As you enter this charming, mountain, 3 bedroom, 2 and a half bath condo that sleeps 8, the beautiful mountain views will enchant you. The comfy, couch, which opens as a sleeper, and the love seat face the large picture window that has a view of Twin Owls and the Lumpy Range mountains. The moss rock gas fireplace stretches the entire length of the wall with a sitting area and will warm you on cool evenings. The flat screen TV, and WiFi are located in this living room area.
Two minute walk to the Black Canyon wedding venue.
The kitchen/dining area has tile floors and oak furnishings from a dining table that seats 6 to oak cupboards and a knotty pine ceiling that completes the appeal of the kitchen. It is fully stocked and ready for any culinary delights that you can create.
The laundry and half bath are located just off this area.
The Master bedroom Suite has tasteful, pine furniture, a King bed with a gorgeous comforter, a large picture window to watch the wildlife and a private bathroom suite. Another TV is located here in the Master Suite for your convenience.
The second guest bedroom has a Queen wrought-iron bed with heirloom bed coverings, a sitting area with 2 chairs and a large picture window with mountain views. Part of the bedroom walls are warm, knotty pine with a matching mirror.
A lovely guest bathroom is located here between the second and third bedrooms.
The third bedroom with bunk beds is located next to the guest bathroom as you walk through the second bedroom.
This room is perfect for young children or Teens and has a large window with views of the forest.
The 37 foot deck in front of the condo is peaceful, quiet and has beautiful breathtaking views. This is a lovely place to enjoy the many hummingbirds, eagles and hawks that fly by. It is perfect to relax here and to enjoy a morning coffee or to cook a delicious dinner on the gas grill. You may just see elk, deer or bobcats that frequent the area. This deck has a patio table with 6 chairs and a love seat to help you enjoy all that the Rocky Mountains offer.
This lovely condo is located just a minute from Twin Owls Restaurant and the Black Canyon Inn. It is a short walk to dinner or to your favorite event. It is 4/10 mile to the town of Estes Park and a 5-minute drive to the entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park, but is tucked away in a quiet, secluded area.
If mountain fresh air, views of the Rockies and a lovely, serene, 3-bedroom condo are what you desire, then this home will fulfill your every desire.

Our group of 7 really enjoyed our time at the home! The views were gorgeous and had great access to Rocky Mountain National Park for early entry times

We greatly enjoyed our stay here! The property came with everything we needed, and the close proximity to not only Safeway, but also to even local shopping, made our stay that much more pleasant! Even though there’s no A/C, just open the window, turn on the ceiling fan, and you’ll be just fine. Some previous guests complained there’s not enough seating, but there IS a bench tucked under the dining table. We even saw some guests (in the form of local wildlife) wandering past, which was a nice reminder of just where you are. Being so close to the entrance to RMNP was also very nice, but knowing that after a long day out exploring Estes Park and the mountains, it’s nice to know we are coming back to a really nice condo to rest. Overall, highly recommended property, and we hope to be able to come back!
