About this house rental
This is a 4 bedroom house which accommodates 8 people three bath house. It has a two car heated garage, a 1200 square foot deck on the back with a hot tub and patio set for eating out and enjoying the fantastic views. The house has a glass wall going from the living room to the deck that opens up onto the deck. The house has a 60' flat screen in the living room and a 30' in the master bedroom and a 27 inch in a spare bedroom. The master has a king size log bed, the spare bedroom has a queen size log bed with its own bath. The other two bedrooms share a newly remodeled bathroom. Three of the bedrooms have queen size beds. The master bedroom has a king size bed. We are just minutes from the Rocky Mountain National Park. You constantly see animals such as coyotes, an occasional Bobcat, Deer everyday, Elk and an occasional Bear walking through the yard. We are only a 10 minute walk from downtown. This has to be one of the quietest locations in town. We are located on 4 acres and is also a 10 minutewalk from the Stanley Hotel.

The house was fantastic with a incredible view. Wonderful hot tub on the deck. We sat in the hot tub looking at the mountains along with deer and elk in the yard. Host was fantastic even helped with a issue with our car!! He went above and beyond!!

Incredible location! Elk wandering through the neighborhood. Hot tub views of the snowcapped Rockies was amazing. My husband and I took a walk around Sprague Lake and saw 5 moose!

Nice location. House and property overall could use some TLC. Some dated amenities. No central AC or ceiling fans, box fans available. Back deck had some broken patio chairs.
