COVID-19 SAFETY PROTOCOLS ARE IN PLACE! Our cleaning service employs the following sanitizing protocols:
• They sanitize the workspace and all areas touched.
• They use EPA approved disinfectants that kill the virus.
• They wear masks and gloves when they clean our condo.
• Their employees’ temperature is checked everyday when they come into work.
• They adhere to the guidelines proposed by the state and federal government.
• Optional anti-bacterial fogging service that penetrates all soft surfaces (cushions, carpets, mattresses, etc.) is available at an additional cost.
This North End (the best part of Ocean City) beach condo is 4 houses away from the beach and quiet end of the boardwalk! (The heart of the boardwalk is only a 5 minute walk.) What’s more stores and restaurants are only a block away (easy walking distance). Just park your car (free street parking) and “forget about it” because everything is so close by. Your days will be filled with biking on the boards, shopping, beach-combing, dining, rides, and quiet time under the stars to relax and enjoy the memories of the day. The perfect recipe for a perfect vacation.
This recently renovated condominium, is located on Park Place between 3rd and 4th streets. The condo has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and comfortably sleeps 6. We are on the third flood (two flights of stairs) above the street noise and with beautiful views. You can see the ocean from the living room! There is 1 king size bed, 2 twin beds, and 1 queen size pull-out bed in the sofa.
Wi-Fi Internet access is included allowing you to stay connected while on vacation (no working allowed!). Boardwalk shops and attractions are close enough to walk to with the children, in fact you can see the Castaway Cove GaleForce Roller Coaster from the balcony. But don’t worry, they are far enough away so that you can sit on either of the two balconies and enjoy the quiet, except for the relaxing sound of the ocean of course. Downtown Ocean City is within walking distance and with the beach so close it will be easy and fast to come home for naps, snacks, bathroom breaks, etc. and not miss a moment of the fun.

This property is consistently amazing! Always clean and comfortable. Always quiet and relaxing. Within walking distance of the boardwalk , shops and restaurants. And you couldn’t ask for a friendlier host! This will always be our OC getaway spot!

Location, location, location! This condo was SO close to the beach and boardwalk - even closer than I realized looking at the map! It was perfect for my teen daughter, two of her friends and me, as they could easily go out on their own since everything was so walkable. We had a great time!

We enjoyed our stay at Bob’s condo in Ocean City. The unit was very clean, and the location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to the beach and a great coffee shop nearby. The friendly neighborhood and convenient outdoor shower made our beach days easy. We especially loved the two balconies, perfect for relaxing after the day’s activities.A couple of things to note: parking can be a bit tricky, and being on the third floor meant a lot of stairs, which was challenging for my elderly mother. The kitchen was functional but could use some updated supplies—the pot we used for pasta had an uneven bottom, so cooking took longer than expected.Overall, it’s a good place in a fantastic location, especially if you don’t mind the stairs.

Our stay was great, this was the first time we visited ocean city new Jersey. The street was quiet and in a perfect location for the beach and boardwalk. It was nice the condo was on the top floor. The only thing we were disappointed about was that the condo wasn't that clean when we got there. The floors were sandy, the dishwasher had dirty dishes in it, and the mattress protector and quilts had stains on some of them.
