As the saying goes, “LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION”. Your dream beach condo has ocean and beach views (the beach is only 4 houses away!) (LOCATION), is only a 5 minute walk from the heart of the Boardwalk (LOCATION), and has stores and restaurants only a block away (LOCATION)! Your days will be filled with biking on the boards, shopping, beachcombing, dining, rides, and quiet time under the stars to relax and enjoy the memories of the day. This 2-story, recently renovated condominium, is located in the North End (the best part of Ocean City) between 3rd and 4th streets. We are on the third floor (two flights of stairs) above the street noise and with beautiful views. The condo has 2 bedrooms, 2½ baths and comfortably sleeps 7. There are ocean/beach views from every room. Imagine waking up and seeing the sun glistening off the ocean from your bedroom! The bedrooms are located on the second level (each with its own full bathroom), so early risers will not disturb the late sleepers. There is 1 king size bed, 2 queen size beds, and 1 single bed.
Wi-Fi Internet access is included allowing you to stay connected while on vacation (no working allowed!). Boardwalk shops and attractions are close enough to walk to with the children, in fact you can see the Castaway Cove GaleForce Roller Coaster from the balcony. But don’t worry, they are far enough away so that you can sit on either of the two balconies and enjoy the quiet, except for the relaxing sound of the ocean of course. Downtown Ocean City is within walking distance and with the beach so close it will be easy and fast to come home for naps, snacks, bathroom breaks, etc. and not miss a moment of the fun.

* MAIN FLOOR - Living Room with a 42” cable HDTV and Blu-ray Player, ½ Bath, Dining Room, Eat-in Kitchen, Powder Room, Laundry Room with full size washer and dryer, and balcony.
* 2nd FLOOR - Master Bedroom with king size bed and flat screen cable TV, closet, and full bath, with a separate outside entrance and wonderful ocean and boardwalk views from the table and chairs on its balcony. Second Bedroom has two queen size beds, flat screen 32” cable TV, closet, and large adjacent full bath.
Your condo comes with 2 Dedicated Off-Street parking spots (PRICELESS!) and the following amenities:

Had a fantastic vacation! This condo is a home away from home. It was clean, beautifully decorated and had all the amenities you'd want. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable. I especially liked that the bedrooms were upstairs separated from the general living area. It made the condo feel larger. Plus each bedroom had its own bathroom which I appreciated. The beach and boardwalk were practically right outside the door. The owners are very friendly. When we had a slight issue with vrbo while initially reserving the property, Bob called us immediately and the issue was resolved. Would highly recommend this property!!

Cute, clean, comfortable, and close to the beach. Owners were responsive and provided even we needed to make our stay enjoyable. You couldn't ask for anything more!

This was such a great spot for our beach vacation! Bob was lovely right from booking and gave great details/information about the house prior to our stay. The house was clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated and perfect for our family of 4. The location was great - so close to the beach and a nice short walk to the start of the boardwalk. We do have two kids under 3 so the outdoor staircase was a small challenge but honestly not impossible and the view made it worth it. We will absolutely be back for hopefully many future family trips!

I rented this condo very last minute as I was hesitant to travel during COVID. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Bob ( the owner) as well as the condo itself. Prior to signing the lease, Bob understood my concerns and assured me he could offer additional COVID cleaning with a fogging machine. When we arrived at the condo, it was not only extremely clean, you could tell it was actually deep cleaned. I was thrilled.As nice as the property pictures looked online, in-person the condo was actually WAY more beautiful. It was nice having a two story condo. Felt incredibly spacious. Super comfortable beds and bedrooms were both really large. Bathrooms looked recently updated. Family room sofas were in great shape, looked brand new. Really everything about this place was just perfect. Additionally, the air conditioning worked really well and the two stories felt cool and comfortable the entire week, day and night, even in 90 degree heat. Additionally, renting Bob’s condo comes with two driveway parking spots.....the only condo in the building with reserved space! Finding space to park on beachblock is impossible so those 2 driveway spots were priceless! We had great weather and just a fabulous week. We consider ourselves so lucky to have rented from Bob. He was available all week when I had a few questions and responded immediately. He is a nice man and very trustworthy. I HIGHLY recommend renting his condo. All in all, especially during COVID, a perfect week.
