We stayed here for one night and really regretted our decision. The room carpet was full of dust, which made the stay uncomfortable. Overall, it was not worth the money. The breakfast was okay, but the room did not meet expectations for the price we paid

Excellent resort with good facilities and staff. We stayed in one of their villa rooms. Special call-out to the restaurant manager who took great care to ensure we were taken care of when we had a late check in.

The property itself is pleasant, and I liked my room. It wasn't overly luxurious, but it was comfortable and more than adequate for my stay.
The staff were friendly, courteous, and helpful throughout. The breakfast spread offered a good variety, and the food overall was enjoyable.
Unfortunately, there were a few significant issues that affected my experience. During my three-night stay, the hotel hosted back-to-back weddings with virtually no soundproofing. The drummers, singers, and loud music repeatedly woke me from what little sleep I was able to get. As I was in town for work and only had around four hours each night to rest, this was extremely frustrating.
Another recurring inconvenience was the placement of a large "Stop" sign directly in the middle of the driveway. Every time I entered or exited the property it became an unnecessary obstacle. On my final evening, while rushing to a meeting, I attempted to manoeuvre around it and ended up damaging my car's fender and wheel.
What disappointed me most was not the incident itself, but the response. At no point did the management offer an apology or acknowledge the inconvenience caused. Even during checkout the following morning, there was no expression of regret or concern. That lack of accountability left a lasting impression and made me feel that genuine guest care was missing.
Overall, I would rate my experience 6/10. The hotel has its positives, particularly the rooms, staff, and food, but the noise, avoidable inconveniences, and the management's lack of empathy mean it simply doesn't meet my requirements. Unfortunately, I don't see myself returning.
