Excellent resort with good facilities and staff. We stayed in one of their villa rooms. Special call-out to the restaurant manager who took great care to ensure we were taken care of when we had a late check in.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. Overall, the food, environment, and aesthetics of the place were great. The buffet was fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
However, there were some significant downsides. I had requested a room decoration as a surprise for my wife, and while the hotel had confirmed this arrangement before my arrival, they didn’t follow through, which was disappointing. The room itself was quite small, almost confining, and the bathroom design led to some discomfort. After showering, the entire room felt like a sauna, making it hard to breathe properly.
While the hotel has its strong points, the room setup and missed request left us feeling let down. With a few improvements, this could be a much better experience.

☆ TV was not working properly in my room
☆ was not provided sugar bags for cup of tea
☆ only one bathing towel for double room
☆ dryer was available, but not working
☆ we ordered dinner... it was so so late.. finally we cancelled one item ordered also
☆ still the refrigerator was having some old left over fruits.
☆ when we are arriving to room, there were 2 left over tea cups, those were not removed.
Finally, though enough staff is there, it seems no one guiding or leading them.
Place is nice.. has invested lot... so sad!!
