The staff were superb. Food was excellent and good value. The location for us was ideal as it was on the way to the cricket ground but you needed transport to get into Kandy. Nice pool and good sized rooms
A few more sun loungers. Usual suspects putting towels on them then disappearing.

Lovely property, very friendly family. Nice pool area & quiet location.
No ground floor WC, stayed for 4 nights, no towel change & the room wasn’t cleaned throughout our stay.

The best part of the stay was the beautiful pool and breakfast served outside weather permitting. You can also buy it additionally on the day. Owner is accommodating, let us change when room was not ready and was flexible with breakfast 🍳 thank you c

Hotel looks really nice, pool area is clean and tidy but nowhere near enough sun beds. Our room was a nice size and adequate for our needs. Lovely breakfasts.
Location was disappointing for us, on booking it seemed there would be places to eat nearby but in reality this was not true - slightly isolated. 20 minute walk to the main road where there a few shops.
