The hotel has a beautiful location with stunning views of the surrounding hills. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly, welcoming. The breakfast had a good variety, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing.
The only disappointing part of our experience was the customer service over the phone. When I called to inquire about a room, the call center staff simply said there were no rooms available and ended the call without offering any further assistance or information. However, I was able to book the same hotel immediately through Booking.com. I hope the hotel will improve the attitude and professionalism of its call center staff and ensure that local guests receive the same level of courtesy and service as all other guests.

Beautiful pool. Well designed rooms
Room was rather noisy. You could hear people walking outside with suitcases, a generator running and a buzzing sound in the room that could not be turned off. Not wat I expect of a 5 star hotel
The staff is very friendly, maybe a bit too friendly as they kept interrupting me while I was reading
